THE ARTIST:
<sup>- I retain all rights to my finished work and any preliminary materials produced during the work process.
- I retain the right to decline any commission for personal reasons.
- Prices may be increased depending on character complexity.
(VERY highly detailed or intricate character designs.)</sup>THE CLIENT:
<sup>- The Client must be 18 years old or older to order a commission.
- Commissions are for personal use only: Gifts, wallpaper, personal prints, use on social media with credit to the artist @T-L-G-T-W
- Do not edit, resell, trace, or make profit from the commission. Cropping and simple filters are OK.
- Do not use any part of the commission for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), blockchain, cryptocurrency, or generative (AI) art.
- Commissioning for commercial usage is currently not available.
- The inclusion of visual references for your commission is required:
- If you are ordering a commission for an original character but don't have any other personal art you think you can use to provide reference, screenshots of videogame character creators like the free Dragons Dogma 2 Character Creator & Storage demo or the free Black Desert Online Character Creator available from its official launcher can be used to create robust references. As well as free online character creators such as HeroForge. Images of other otherwise unrelated images can also be submitted supplementally with notes like "Make the pose like this, but with the front leg forward and the back leg behind instead." or "Make the coat like this, but with the buttons matching these in this separate image." The more detailed your references are that you provide, the far faster and more accurate your commission will be, and the far less chance there will be of potentially overloading on revisions.
- If you are ordering a commission for yourself or of a person you know, please provide both a face image and a full body image.</sup>PAYMENT:
<sup>- All prices are as listed and will be billed in CAD.
- Commissions will be billed 100% in advance.
- Upon confirmation of payment, the commission will begin within 7 days.</sup>WORKFLOW:
<sup>Depending on the style chosen for your commission as detailed below, my workflow for it will include more or less steps.
As such some types of commissions will be accomplished faster, at the cost of having less opportunities for revisions.- After payment has been confirmed: I will begin working on preliminary sketches for the commission.
- After preliminary sketches are completed: I will send you these sketch(es) for approval. More than one preliminary sketch may be provided, but is not guaranteed. And only one sketch will be completed with the commission. Preliminary sketches are inherently rough, and this is the opportunity for major revisions. (Pose, clothing, colour scheme, etc)The following stages after the approval of the preliminary sketch will then diverge depending on the style of your commission, as detailed below:</sup>For B/W Sketch and Coloured Sketch Commissions:^{After approval of the preliminary sketch:
I will produce a final/coloured sketch. If your commission was a B/W Sketch or Coloured Sketch, your commission will be completed at this stage.}For Lineart and Lineart w/ Colours Commissions:^{After approval of the preliminary sketch:
I will produce a final/coloured sketch for approval. This is the opportunity for moderate revisions. (Facial expressions, accessories, lighting, etc)After approval of the final/coloured sketch:
I will produce a Lineart or Lineart with Colour illustration. If your chosen commission was a Lineart or Lineart with Colours, then your commission will be completed at this stage.}For B/W Painting and Coloured Painting Commissions:^{After approval of the Preliminary Sketch:
I will produce a final/coloured sketch for approval. This is the opportunity for moderate revisions. (Facial expressions, accessories, lighting, etc)After approval of the Final/Coloured Sketch:
I will produce a Rough Painting for approval. This will be the final revisionary opportunity, for minor revisions. (At this stage the Painting will be near-complete, with the opportunity for revisions here being based around choosing which aspects of the piece to be focused on and precisioned the most, before finishing touches are performed.)After approval of the Rough Painting:
The finishing touches to the Painting will be made I will submit the finished Painting/Render. If your chosen commission was a Painting/Render, then your commission will be completed at this stage.}In total, depending on your style of commission, there are up to 3 revisionary opportunities:

^{On the seventh day, I will send a follow up message. After another 7 days, the next stage will begin without waiting for approval.Upon completion of your commission you will receive a full resolution PNG file:
A transparent image or JPEG can also be provided upon request. The working files for the commission will not be provided, only the final image.}REFUND POLICY:
<sup>Full payment = Net amount I receive after any transaction fees.
- If a commission is cancelled before I have begun working on it, full payment will be refunded.
- If a commission is cancelled after I begin working on it, 50% payment will be refunded.
- If a commission is cancelled after the first revision stage, no payment will be refunded.</sup>MISC:
